Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

At BrightEdge Consults, we aim for your satisfaction. We offer the following refund terms:

1. Virtual Admin Services & Marketing Retainers:
- Changes to work scope can be made within 48 hours.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after invoice.
- Approved refunds will be prorated based on services delivered minus transaction fees. Refunds processed within 14 days.

 

2. SEO/Digital Marketing Projects:
- Fees are based on milestones. Refunds are not possible once work on a milestone commences, unless agreed otherwise.
- If terminated early by client, we calculate services not rendered and refund remaining value upon final invoice.
