1.  Services - BrightEdge Consults will provide services as detailed in our proposals or verbal agreements, including SEO, digital marketing, and virtual support.

2.  Fees & Payment - Fees must be paid per agreed schedule. - Late payments may incur interest (2% per month).

 

3.  Client Responsibilities - Provide timely access to relevant systems/content. - Respond promptly to requests for feedback.

 

4.  Intellectual Property - We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to deliverables, excluding third-party assets. - Rights to third-party content (e.g. stock photos) pass upon full payment.
